Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations

Emotional Support Animals may be clinically appropriate for some individuals as part of a broader mental health treatment plan. ESA documentation is considered only following a clinical assessment and when deemed clinically appropriate. Documentation is not guaranteed and is issued in accordance with professional guidelines and applicable laws.

Requests for documentation are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require ongoing treatment and clinical assessment.

INSURANCE AND SELF-PAY

  • Aetna, Capital Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Geisinger, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Pennsylvania, Anthem EAP, and Quest Behavioral Health. More providers may be accepted. Please confirm with link provided to verify or contact me directly.

  • Cost for individual session: $150 for 60 minute session.

    Sliding scale available for financial hardship.

  • Therapy provided virtually anwhere in PA from comfort of your own space on a HIPAA compliant platform. Providing the same level of support and connection as in-person sessions.

  • My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care and much more to support emotional healing and personal development. Each session is guided by empathy, authenticity, and a belief in your capacity for change.
